Wade Dawe
Wade Dawe is an accomplished entrepreneur, financier and investor based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Numus Financial Inc., Director of Kneat.com, Inc. and former Chairman of the Board of Pivot Technology Solutions Inc.
During his career, Wade Dawe has completed deals valued in excess of $2.0 billion for both private and public companies. He has founded or co-founded many successful companies, including Keeper Resources Inc. (2003) which was sold for $51.6 million in 2008, and Brigus Gold Corp. (2010) which was acquired by Primero Mining Corp. in 2014 in an all share deal valued at $351 million. Wade co-founded Resolute Health Corporation in 2017, rapidly grew the company before selling it to private equity firm in early 2022.
Wade holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University (MUN), where he sits on the President’s Advisory Council. His philanthropic activities include establishing and personally funding the annual James R. Pearcey Entrepreneurial Scholarship at MUN and funded DC Makes, an entrepreneurship-based program at the Discovery Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Rob Randall
Rob Randall has served as a contract CFO for a number of TSX.V-listed companies and has extensive public company financial experience. Rob currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary of Torrent Capital Ltd. He also serves as Chief Financial Officer for a few other companies listed on the TSXV and the CSE.
Rob was the Corporate Controller of Etruscan Resources Inc. from 1997 to 2011, overseeing the financial operations for all aspects of its gold exploration and production activities throughout West Africa, as well as its diamond operations in South Africa. He also served as Controller of Nova Gold Resources Inc. from 1997 to 2001.
Rob graduated with a Commerce Degree from St. Mary’s University in Halifax and obtained his CA designation in 1987 with Coopers and Lybrand Chartered Accountants where he was appointed as a Principal in 1995. He is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of Canada and Nova Scotia. Rob is active in the community as a Board member and Past Chair and Treasurer of the Nova Scotia Sport Hall of Fame.

Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
Scott Gardner
Scott Gardner (CFA), has extensive experience investing and advising early stage companies in a multitude of industries. During his career, he has been an investment banker focused on high growth businesses and a fund manager for various mutual fund mandates.
Recently, Scott served as the Chief Investment Officer for one of Latin America’s largest independent financial services firms. He was responsible for the company’s advisory business, which included discretionary investment management, strategy and research, and investment banking operations for the group.
Previously, Scott was a portfolio manager for an international bank with US$8 billion in assets under management. He was the head of global commodity investment for the company, and a member of its investment committee, which oversaw various asset classes.
During his career, Scott has been the lead or co-manager of various mutual funds, including a global natural resources fund, a global equity fund, an intermediate duration fixed income fund and a AAA-rated money market fund.
He currently serves as a Director of AnalytixInsight, a Toronto based fintech company listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange under the symbol ALY.
Scott earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2002 and is a member of the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute.

Carl Sheppard
Carl Sheppard is President and Managing Partner of Strategic Concepts, Inc.
Carl has a Master of Development Economics degree from Dalhousie University, a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree from York University’s Glendon College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Memorial University where he majored in economics.
Carl Sheppard has participated in the preparation of numerous strategic plans, cost/benefit reports and business plans targeted at the identification and analysis of development opportunities. He is intimately familiar with the complexities associated with moving projects forward.
Jim Megann
Jim Megann, an entrepreneur and business leader, has been Managing Director of Numus Financial since the company’s inception in 2014. He serves as a Director of OARO Technologies, and is a former Board Chair of NWest Energy.
In addition to his work in the finance world, Jim has over 25 years of experience in the communications and marketing industry.
Jim is active in his community, serving as director for several charitable organizations. His extensive community work earned him the Queens Diamond Jubilee medal in 2012.

Carl Hansen
Carl Hansen is a geologist with 30 years of experience in the exploration and mining industry with significant public markets experience as a venture capitalist. Currently, he is the CEO of Cascada Silver Corp., a company he co-founded and took public in 2020.
Carl Hansen is also the President of Swansea Holding Inc, a privately-held consulting and venture capital firm investing in the software technology industry; and is Treasurer of both Aviation InterTec Services, which specializes in aviation maintenance software solutions, and EZStuff Software, a publisher of scientific data collection software.
Previously, Carl held senior head office positions with TVX Gold Inc. and Kinross Gold Corporation, as well as operational positions with Inco Limited (now CVRD Inco Limited). He was CEO of ATEX Resources; co-founder and CEO of Atacama Pacific Gold Corporation until it was sold to RIO2 Limited; and co-founder and CEO of Andina Minerals Inc.
Carl received a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geology from Laurentian University in 1988.
Wayne Myles
Wayne has a broad range of international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial, general legal and consulting experience.
Wayne has acted as lead counsel and strategic advisor on numerous acquisitions, licensing and financings of many subsea and terrestrial telecommunications businesses, in the international seafood processing and marketing industry, and on aviation matters (across Canada, and internationally); on many domestic and international commercial insolvency and restructuring projects; on energy and transportation matters in Newfoundland and Labrador, including in respect of the Hibernia Project and Transshipment facilities, the Star Lake Hydro Project and the Wind Energy Project in St. Lawrence; and on other complex transactions in the energy, telecommunications, aviation, fishing and aquaculture industries.
Wayne has been acting as lead counsel since inception for a diversified international telecommunications group, operating in 23 countries throughout the greater Caribbean, Andean and Central America region, including as issuer of high yield debt in the US and International capital markets, on many transactions, exceeding US$ 1 Billion in value.
Wayne has also been a senior advisor and lead local counsel for many years to the insurance industry association (Insurance Bureau of Canada), numerous insurers, and continues to serve as Managing Director of the industry funded uninsured motorist fund (Judgment Recovery (Nfld.) Ltd.).
For several decades, Wayne has been lead counsel in Newfoundland and Labrador to one of Canada’s largest chartered banks, and routinely acts on complex financial transactions, assets recovery activities, and related litigation.
